에러명1 : cp949' codec can't decode byte 0xec in position 0: illegal multibyte sequence

에러명2 : TypeError: an integer is required (got type str)

 

해결방법 : open(path, "r+", encoding = "utf-8") as f:

파이썬의 open에 encoding = "utf-8"을 넣어보세요 ^  ^
